These terms apply to use of the TeeCap Studio website and orders placed through it.

Website use and accounts

Use this site lawfully and provide accurate order and account information. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit harmful content.

Products and pricing

Product pages show available designs, variations and prices. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Select the required color, size and quantity before purchase. Availability is subject to actual inventory. The checkout shows the order total, including applicable shipping and tax, before submission.

Orders

After an order is submitted, an order confirmation records the details. We may contact you if payment, availability or delivery information needs to be resolved. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the available cancellation or refund options. An obvious listing or pricing error will be addressed with you before fulfilment.

Delivery and returns

We ship from the United States, offer free shipping to United States customers, and process orders within 2 business days. Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy and the separate Return and Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property

Website content and product designs may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners. Buying an item does not transfer rights to reproduce its design or commercial content. Brand references do not by themselves imply affiliation or endorsement.

Service and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but interruptions and errors may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and questions

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact us first if there is a problem with an order so we can try to resolve it.
